Return Policy for SuppliedEnergy.com

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags or stickers, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Standard Return Policy- Non-Warranty: Items returned for non-warranty reasons must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date and will be charged with a 25% restocking fee after inspection based on the original purchase price. All times must be in original packaging and original condition. We will not accept items that show signs of wear, installation, or use. All items must have a return authorization number before being returned. All return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer returning the items. Please call our office at 800-561-9714 to find which Supplied Energy location your items must be returned to.

Standard Return Policy- Warranty: Any item being returned for warranty reasons must have a return authorization. Please contact Supplied Energy for a return authorization number prior to returning item(s). Return shipping fee will be discussed prior to return being sent. Some vendors require warranty parts to be held on hand for up to 90 days.

Pumps and Clearance items are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You will be liable for shipping on both the original and new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. You are responsible for a 3% credit card processing fee per each order refunded.
