Can I order products not currently listed on your website?

Yes, we can try. If you're looking for something you don't see online or in stock, reach out to us. If it's from a manufacturer we work with, there's a good chance we can source it for you. We can also help identify current replacements for discontinued items. For pricing and availability, contact us, and we'll get in touch within one business day.

 


Do you sell to end users?

Yes—select products are available for purchase by end users. You’ll need to create an account to place an order. If you’re unsure whether a specific item is available to you, our team is happy to help guide you.

Installers and contractors have access to our full product catalog once their account is set up, with the exception of any manufacturer-specific requirements, training, or credentials.

 


Do you offer drop shipping?

We prioritize the fastest delivery option available. While most orders ship from one of our locations, we may ship directly from a manufacturer when it helps get your order to you more efficiently. 

 


Can I pick up from one of your locations?

Yes, you can. We offer convenient local pickup at all our locations. If pickup is available for your order, you'll see that option at checkout, or you can contact our team to coordinate the details.

 


Where will my order ship from?

Orders are fulfilled from the location that has stock and allows for the fastest delivery. This may be one of our distribution centers or, in some cases, directly from a supplier. 

 


Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, we can. International shipping availability depends on where you're located. Contact us to work out the details.

 


Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

Our fulfillment process begins quickly, so changes won't always be possible. If you need to update an order, contact us as soon as you can, and we'll do our best to accommodate. If changes can't be made in time, we can assist with a return or placing a new order.

 


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards for online orders or wire transfers. 

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Payments are authorized at checkout and charged as items ship. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. 
  • Wire Transfers/ACH: Required for larger orders. 

Please note that we don't accept split payments. 

 


What happens if my payment doesn't go through?

If there's an issue processing your payment, we'll reach out using the contact information on your account. Delays in payment authorization may impact order processing time.

 


Do you support tax-exempt purchases?

Yes, if you have a valid tax-exempt certificate. Submit your documentation before placing an order, or send it afterward with your order details. Please note that exemption eligibility depends on matching address information and applicable state requirements.
